This one is an OEM drive. Buy.com had a Seagate 750GB Retail package for the same price for a brief time yesterday before selling out. But what I take this to mean is that the price of 750GB drives is now falling below the $150 point that they were holding at for some time. I've been watching the Seagate drives because of their 5-year warranty and expect them to be available more widely at this price in the next few weeks.

WD carries the same 5 year warranty (at least in length, haven't read the fine print).
