Web and Picture help please?

I thought I had seen this question asked here in the past, but I have been searching and searching archives and found nothing, so I apologize if this is a repeat technology question.

I need to find a file sharing site where I can post entire folders of pictures. I have in the past used Photobucket, but with them, I have to upload each picture individually, and I can't do that this time. (I have created different folders to share with different people and it would take days and weeks to reorganize that work -- hundreds of photos!!)

Does anyone know if there is there a photo sharing site out there that will let you upload folders containing multiple pictures ?

I Googled without success (using "upload folder" and "folder sharing" and "Photo folders"), so I'm afraid I am turning now to where I should have just asked in the first place... I just hate to be a techno-dummy pain in the whoosie.

I use dotphoto. Once you have the pictures uploaded you can create slide shows and share them with your friends too. It may not work exactly as you need, but I've uploaded hundreds of pictures at a time without a problem.

do you know how to:

select all
select using the control or shift buttons
select using the mouse to draw a box around your selections
click, drag and drop a group of selected files

usually uploading files doesnt require you to sit there and upload one file at time manually. usually you can select a bunch of files on Windows and drag and drop a large number of files at one time for upload, and you can walk away while it is uploading. just wondering if you know the basics before switching services.

I know how to do one, two and four, but not to draw a circle. Sounds like fun though..

Both the two services give me a space to upload each picture one by one into an "album" but not a whole group.

The first folks let you put in 20, which I tried to do, and it hadn't happened in over 90 minutes (of course I have dial up...), so I jumped off the site and found that it had uploaded only 3 of them. The second site had space I think for ten at a time (but putting one into each one space). In about 15 or 20 minutes of uploading, it had done only one of them.

I have about seventy from a wedding I want to share with all the family, but am now thinking about getting reprints made instead. It's so frustrating! My only thought for a solution was that if I could just load up the folder with all the 70 pictures in it, I could start it and go to bed.

hmmm, i think your problem is dialup. to upload would take a really long time. do you know anyone that has broadband that could help you upload, maybe an internet cafe, or maybe even...at work?
