Gotta tell you...

Weber has GREAT customer service. We just ordered a EP320 about a month ago. When we received it, the hinge was broken. Weber scheduled for a repair person to come out and fix it at no charge. My husband has heard of people getting replacement parts 7-10 years after they ordered their grills at no charge as well. I love supporting companies that are good to their customers!
