The dog I saw at a park looks like that but skinnier. It reminded me of paddington bear. I really want a dog like that so I can take picture with him and paddington bear. LOL

And no, the pictures are not of the same type of dog. One is a a Labrador x Poodle mix and one is a Bichon Frise (beeshawn freezay). Kind of looks like a Maltese with a perm, lol.

The little white dog that looks like a cotton ball is a Bichon Frise and they are so dang cute.
