whats "stackable coupons" mean?

Does it mean that for example I could a 30 off 100 $ and a 50 $ off 200 together for an items thats lets say 200 $..resulting in 200 - (30 + 50 ) =120 $ total ?

Is this a stupid Q or what..but woulndt it be possible to stack enough coupons to get a really really great deal on a laptop from Dell for example? Coz i see alot of floating coupons out there...

id appreciate any assistance on the laptop deal ?
