What's your lowest APR on your credit card?

I just wonder if anybody are in the same boat as us. We are married and both of us have an decent credit. around 700-740.

We have 2-3 credit cards with a huge limit but we seems cannot lower our APR. We hardly use our card, 10% from the limit if any. Both of us usually try to use our own cash to buy something unless its a major purchase or emergency

But our APR is average around 14-15%. We tried to lower it down, the credit card company lower it down but after a few months, I check it again, the APR is back to where it was.

Maybe they dont want to lower it because as little as you use it, they make next to nothing. Maybe if you used them more you could lower it..

Maybe try going to an ATM, withdrawing a LOT of money and then turn around and deposit the cash, and then pay off the card. (Thats a little trick to getting your spending limit increased.)
