I'm looking to upgrade my system. Then, found out someone is selling

1. ABIT NF7-S with a AMD 3200+ XP
2. ASUS P4P800S with a P4 2.6 Ghz 533FSB

Which one will you choose? And how much do you think they worth?

What kind of graphics card you have, or intend on getting. One board has PCI Express and the other has AGP.

Looks like one motherboard is around $80 and the other is around $100. The chipsets, just depends on the model #'s
