Could be something to get if you don't have a vid card and don't intend to do much with one.
 
I need an upgrade but have no idea what to get ... grrr. I do know we want something that we can use to play games with. Does anyone know of a site that has good prices and will help me pick a good one w/o taking advantage of me not knowing a whole lot about what I need?
 
Why is this 'not a deal'? Seems like a great price for PCI-e, with lifetime warranty, dual monitor support and TV out. For $19 AR seems like a terrific price for those of us who aren't gameboys. I'm in for one to replace my buggy ATi board.
