I signed up for the newsletter, which said free sample, and got my conformation email, but nothing about a free sample, didn't even ask for my address.
 
Yeah, didn't ask for address. Now in my town if they send it to me with just name and city I'll get it (we're so small) but doubt it will happen
 
i just put my hull address on the line that asked for street name. we will see what happens.
 
Did the same as smidge1, we might get it that way.
