Qualify if you owned a iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025
You will receive a payment of $25 per Eligible Device which may be increased pro rata, up to a maximum of $95 per Eligible Device
