Step 1
Buy 1 participating K-Y product at any retailer in the US or online between 1/7/23 and 3/6/23. Retain your receipt.

Step 2
Go to ActivateRewards and "Get Started"
Take a photo of your entire receipt showing the qualifying item starred or for online purchases take a screenshot of your shipping, pickup or delivery confirmation. Enter your information and submit the image of your full receipt by 3/7/23

Step 3
KY will review submissions within 2-5 business days. Once your receipt is approved you will receive an email with a link to choose and activate your $10 Date Night Reward
