How to Get Your Free Insomnia Cookies 6-Pack​

1. Join Insomnia Rewards for free
   Open the Insomnia Cookies App or website
   Create an Insomnia Rewards account if you don't already have one.
2. Add your college and graduation year
   Update your Insomnia Rewards profile with your U.S. college or university and select Class of 2030 as your graduation year.
3. Wait for the free 6-pack reward
   Make sure the Freshman 6-Pack reward has been added to your Insomnia Rewards account before heading to the bakery.
4. Bring your valid student ID
   Visit your local Insomnia Cookies bakery and bring a valid college student ID. The bakery will verify both your ID and the reward in your account.
5. Redeem your free cookies in person
   The offer must be redeemed at an Insomnia Cookies bakery. It is not valid for online, app, pickup, or delivery orders.

The offer is available through September 14, 2026, or while supplies last. A total of 30,000 free 6-packs are available nationwide.
