Jamba Rewards members can receive a free birthday smoothie every year. Here's exactly how to qualify.

Step 1
Download the Jamba app from the App Store or Google Play.

Step 2
Create a free My Jamba Rewards account using your

• Name
• Email address
• Zip Code
• Birthday (important, cannot be changed)
  

Step 3
Spend at least $15 before your birthday
If you've never purchased anything through your Rewards account, you won't receive the birthday reward.

Step 4
Two weeks before your birthday, Jamba will automatically add a Birthday Reward to your Rewards account.

Step 5
Your Birthday Reward expires 14 days after your birthday
