To people commenting about having to enter payment info before you can download anything. It does say that you will not be charged. The payment info is for any other app you may download from the Google Play Store not just the free music. It only needs to be done once. Most users have already done this when they set up their Android device.

You do need to have Google Wallet (enter credit card) to get the offer. They will not charge you for the album.

Interesting how a 'free' deal requires a CC #. Don't count on rebates. Free means Free, not free after imaginary rebate.
