No battery included, as this is just the panel. You need:
1) a 12V SLA or Deep cycle battery (Deep cycle preferred, as it'll stand up to deeper discharges between charges). Depending on your needs will depend on the size of the battery.
2) A solar charge controller for the panel to battery. Note, that this panel produces 18V-21V output. Hooking it straight to a battery will kill the battery very quickly, and possibly the panel too.
3) A pure-sine inverter if you wish to run AC-powered devices.
4) Wires and connectors to hook this all up.

See the product description on HomeDepot's website. They have a pic of an RV showing all the pieces you need. Too bad they only sell the panel, but other online solar/alt-energy sites should be able to provide your needs.

It is a good price on the panels tho. Especially if you're doing a new install and want to save a few bucks on the panels.
