While it is a refurbished unit from several years ago, it has reasonable specs for MODEST applications. Internal storage can be upgraded with a microSDXC card, and 4 GB of RAM gives win10 modest breathing room. The display is very high resolution, higher than a 1080p HDTV. This deal does NOT include a battery charger, but the tablet has a USB-C port used for charging. (A low-cost USB wall wart and USB-C cable should suffice.) A quick google 'HP Pro Tablet 608' turns up generally favorable reviews whose main complaint is price, but at $75, that is no longer a problem.
