Sweet, thanks for sharing. My wife's number was on the list. Mine was not. Found a few freinds on there as well.

man, I got that call so many times. how can I not be on the list?

awesome, thank you. I remember talking to them on the phone for hour then decided not to take the cruise.

mine was, none of my other family members or co workers were on the list

Any word on how soon they're mailing checks?

I definitely remember being called quite a few times but not one of my numbers is on the list ????

Bummer!!!! Just got a email with the amount of people participating with the lawsuit we we will only be getting "several dollars" instead of several hundred dollars. A federal court

authorized this supplemental e-mail Notice.
It is not a solicitation from a lawyer.
• A Settlement has been reached in the Charvat v. Resort Marketing Group, Inc et al. class action lawsuit. A claim for recovery was submitted to and received by the Settlement Administrator that left this e-mail address as a means of contact.
• The Court has authorized this supplemental e-mail Notice to inform consumers who have filed claims that, to date, over two million claims have been filed seeking to recover from a Settlement Fund expected to total $12.5 million.
• Due to the large number of claims, the individual recovery per consumer will be a pro rata share of the Settlement Fund. The exact per consumer recovery is still unknown, but it is expected to amount to several dollars per Class Member.
• Settlement Class Members interested in considering their options under these circumstances should visit www.RMGTCPASettlement.com and review the “Frequently Asked Questions” document that details the rights of Class Members.
• Consumers have until November 3, 2017 to file a claim, to opt out of the Settlement or to object to the Settlement.

I'm thinking of objecting to the settlement. Has anyone done that before? I was pretty excited about this lawsuit. They called me multiple times a day and on both my phones. It got to the point I stopped answering my phone and let the machine pick it up until my machine would be filled with tug boat sounds and robo recordings about cruises and to wait on the line. Now to think after knowing what we were suppose to get and what will in probability be $6 is disappointing.
