Seems like a solid budget option but double check the dimensions and weight capacity before buying because cheap rowers can be finicky. I picked up a similar unit last year and it did the job for 20 minute rows though the foot straps were flimsy and I had to tighten bolts after a few sessions, worked for me in CA. If you plan to use it every day expect some upkeep and maybe invest in a mat.
