The $10 coupon is valid on one item over $25 and expires June 26, 2016.
You only get $10 off total. Not $10 off on each qualifying item.
The coupon is good for in-stock items only and isn't valid for prior purchases.

Rewards dollars for orders placed with the survey coupon will earn 2.5% back.
