Overcharged For Pork is offering a settlement to anyone (consumer or business) who purchased qualifying pork products between June 28, 2014 and June 30, 2018 in the United States.

You need to fill out the form by October 29th, 2026

How do you qualify?

Bought raw pork for personal consumption between June 28, 2014 and June 30, 2018.
Bought things such as raw bacon, pork chops, ribs, pork loin, pork shoulder, or pork belly.
Made the purchase indirectly - basically a normal consumer buying pork from a grocery store or retailer rather than directly from a pork producer.

Hmm, might be worth submitting a claim if you bought affected pork products. Saved the notice to try for reimbursement later worked for me in CA.
