Would love to buy some but Paypal is glitching out. Its forcing me to verify my account during the Ebay checkout via a phone number... which is already verified in my account. So for laughs I try verify it again, it pretends like that worked then on the next step it tells me to log into my account at which point it says it couldn't verify and goes no further. I use Ebay and the same Paypal account all the time so I have no idea what's up.

You don't pay tax on gift cards, you pay tax on the merchandise (or service) you buy with the gift card. Yeah, this is a bit of effort but it would work if you're a real penny pincher as long as Target does let you buy other gift cards with a Target gift card.

Wouldn't paying taxes on the giftcards (twice) negate the 7% off discount since tax is more than 7% in most places?
