If it seems sketchy(not getting confirmation on promotional value anywhere) don't expect anything. I called in and asked specifically on a promotional code if it would be applied after seeing it was in my promotional account section and they told me it would be applied after the food was delivered. Nothing happened and I called back in and they said I had to write an email explaining the circumstances for further review etc... Not worth it!
