I can't guarantee that this is what your set up is, but I found it by doing the following.

Once you have the UPS My Choice calendar up (My Delivery tab), click on the My Settings tab.
Under Membership Information, click on Manage Delivery Addresses.

Next to my address, under expiration date, it says "Your membership will not expire unless you cancel." (Next to that I have the option to update to Premium.)

This code is good for one year if you DO NOT CHANGE the auto-renewal option. I was already registered on UPS with the free My Choice membership before upgrading.

If you do change it, membership cuts in half to 6-months. Even if you change it back to default auto-renewal, free membership remains at 6-months.

You are able to turn off Auto-Renew in your settings. The membership seems to only last until 1/15/2015

I imagine this is going to auto-renew at $40 especially since they asked for a credit card to confirm a $0 enrollment. Did anyone find where to delete the credit card on UPS.com or where to disable auto-renew?
