If total approved claims exceed available settlement funds, payments may be reduced proportionally.

Proof of Purchase Proof of purchase is not required to submit a claim. Claimants without proof of purchase may receive $1 per can, up to $10. Claimants who provide proof of purchase (such as receipts or other documentation) may receive $1 per can, up to $150.
