To make this deal sweater, check out using the MSN wallet feature and earn another 20% back, so the final price will be around $6.20. The 20% back deal is good on all MSN wallet purchases until 6/20/2003. You will receive an email in August saying that you have money in your MSN wallet.

Has anyone bought one of these Cendyne drives yet? Do we know the manufacturer? (i.e. Lite-on, Benq, etc.)

Is the MSN wallet deal only for new wallet users? I used my existing account, but not sure where to see if I have any money coming back.

has anyone actually given this a try? i just tried it now for both the hard drive and the cdrw and i get this msg...

"GenericTable data not found
Product 20076917 available in retail stores only."

same msg goes for the cdrw except for different number...soo weird...guess they must have know about spoofee.com or something...damn them...oh well...

I just bought the deal and this will be my first time sending in a mail-in rebate. What do I send in for the reciept? Will the e-mail that sent me talking about the order work?

Thanks

Zenhoshi, one word of advice.. make a copy of everything you send !

Believe me its worth it

lap1314134,

Officemax typically does this, and as such, officemax deals are good for a very short time only online, if at all. Typically you have to do a phone order.

Zenhoshi,

A CLEAR copy of your officemax packing slip should be fine for the hard drive and cdrw, as they are both handled by Parago who almost always accept a copy. For added insurance, I would also include a printout of the order status page. The email confirmation is typically worthless.

does anyone know the phone number for officemax? also, anyone know will i be able to use the $30 off the $150? Wat about MSN wallet...will I be able to use that thru the phone? thanks

Vanished

Anyone ever notice how items that go on sale at Officemax seem to dissapear from their website during the week of the sale? I hate that. :(
