I am not aware as i have not used the offer yet .But i think it can be picked up locally as the offer do mention "pick up at target"...

The pick up at the Target store is free. If you want to have it shipped to your home, it's $1.99 and up. You actually can get a total of 20 free prints: 10 at the store and 10 delivered.

I hope their quality has gotten better... The last time I did a free digital print offer, the pictures looked very grainy. Costco's digital picture prints are much better. But free is free, right?

.....ia agree only I usually use WALGREENS for my prints. Had a bad experience there the other day but they "fixed" the problem in less than 24 hours....kept a customer too!
