Yeah. Better check female if you want the gift card! I got bumped also as soon as I checked male. Bummer.
 
Just went back in, "up'd" my financial income, decreased my age and took the survey and filled out gift card information! This is what I got in the end...

I was able to finish the survey. Thanks! Did anyone get an email confirmation from them? I did and it said that I'd get the gift certif in the mail within the next 7-10 days. But I don't recall giving my mailing address, just my name and email addy. I wonder if it's going to arrive via email?
 
There was no place in the survey to put my mailing address. Hmmmm???
 
Did the same thing then went i went back and looked the second space was for your address not your last name.

On the same screen(at the end) where they ask for your name and email address there is a line for your mailing address. Maybe you filled it out and just don't remember? Especially with surveys, all the info starts to be a blur after a while!!

i filled out the whole survey, but i didn't find out anything about a giftcard?
 
BOO! I completed the survey and never had the opportunity to fill in my info to receive my free gift!
