100 Fuji Film DVD-Rs for $72 Picked Up

I was ready to jump all over this deal, but I first checked on dvdrhelp.com to see who makes Fuji 4x -R media. According to that site, if it's Japan it's Taiyo Yuden and if it's Taiwan it's Prodisc. So I called up my local stores to see if they had any made in Japan, the reps looked, and they said all of theirs were made in Taiwan... so scratch this idea. 72 cents each would've been nice, but I'd rather pay more for manufacturers I like, and Prodisc isn't one of them. It's a shame I end up letting these Best Buy 10% off coupons go to waste most of the time.
I'm not saying that Prodisc is necessarily a bad manufacturer, but in my reading of people's media opinions over the last year I got the impression they do not rank near the top in quality. Since I'm fussy about who manufactures my discs, I always look up the info first and decide if it's worth the gamble when I buy. In the case of Fuji -R 4x, you can tell by where they are made, and I decided as good as this price is I'd rather wait for another deal on something made by someone like Ritek, TDK, Maxell, Ricoh (Japan), or Taiyo Yuden (Japan). I'm referring to manufacturers, not brands. I don't care whose brand is on a disc because that's just a label.
Other people may be perfectly happy with these, so it's good that you posted this. Maybe if anyone finds some 4x Fujis made by Japan at a Best Buy in some other area of the country, he can post a message? I'm curious if all their stores have the same stuff throughout the country.
