Nothing but "Cookie Error" on that link

do you get 5 5x7 Prints and 5 8X10 prints ONLY when you signup for a new account?? Because i already have an account and after entering the coupon codes i get

After doing all of this I ended up with:

75 4x6's
8 5x7's
9 8x10's

Is this correct? The first code didn't work for me.
