I will prefer rechargable.can be recycled. and Lenmar is 2300 mAH are available for 1 doller each.

Oh yeah, I've got the white Duracell NiMh rechargeables, bought 48 AA and 48 AAA when they went on sale for $.25 each. But sometimes you know you wont be near a charger for a while and a set of alkalines outlasts 3 sets of NiMh.

Excelent post. I called Amazon and it works. You have to order batteries and pay $51, this way the system sees that you spent $51 and the $10 coupon will then be generated in Feb. Then after the item ships, you call them and they will credit your account for $12.98.

Use batteriies like water and dont like rechargable, so this is a great deal.
