I only was able to get this one time--last November. I've signed up for their free issues several times after that and nothing ever came. Anybody have a similar experience? Is there a way to create an account to see if the issues show up there?

As usual, it takes 6 to 10 weeks for your first issue to arrive. After your first issue arrives, you will receive uninterrupted service and you will not receive any bills. Sorry, no substitutions.
