saw this last night and cant believe his parents are okay with this

His mother says "if he doesn't get his cigarettes, he gets angry and screams and batters his head against the wall. He tells me he feels dizzy and sick." If he is smoking 40 cigarettes a day now how many will he be smoking in a couple years or more? Don't they have any child protective services in Indonesia?
