Im With You On That Adro!t, Too Lazy For That!!! Thankx Anyway

How much does it cost to pay a bill?

The expected cost is $200 / 15 months x 2 bills = $6.67. Citibank likely charges less, but they're probably expecting you to pay more than an average of two bills per month.

So you aren't really making $200, but much less after the expenses are factored in.

IMHO I'd say you may be better off using the $1500 needed for the account minimum to buy things like that SWEET dell laptop deal that was a few days ago, and then try and make some cash via ebay. Maybe use it to get some free AR stuff and sell it for a small profit. I'd rather wait 6-9 months for random rebates to come in than have to pay 2 bills each month for a year via a specific bank account. But thanks for the deal anyhow! I'm sure someone on Spoofee has enough free cash and bills to want this deal.

CitiBank is bunk! Unless you get your reward upfront and can say, "give it to me now", you'll never see it...

Got my $100

I signed up for the earlier promotion where you just make two online bill pays and then they deposit $100...worked as advertised...but requires a lot of discipline for this new offer.
:)

For those of you who have done this, I've got a couple of questions --

1) In the parlance of Ron Popeil, do they allow you to "Set it and forget it." ie, Can I setup automatic monthly payments?

2) Do they recognize a deposit from paypal as a direct deposit?

Thanks!
Todd
