PREPAID CARD DISCLOSURE: The Visa prepaid card is not redeemable for cash or usable at any ATM. The plastic Visa prepaid card itself expires 12 months after issuance; provided, however, the funds available on the prepaid card do not expire. If funds remain on the card after expiration of the prepaid card, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-883-4913 to request the issuance of a new card. Applicable replacement card fee of $6.95 will be deducted from the current balance of the prepaid card in order to issue a new prepaid card. Terms and Conditions apply to the card. Subject to applicable law, a monthly maintenance fee of $3 (USD) applies, but is waived for the first 6 months after the card is issued. Cards can be used at any merchants that accept Visa debit cards. Kia reserves the right to substitute a check of equal value in lieu of a Visa prepaid card at its discretion.
