Received my samples today via UPS. I was expecting three miniature paint cans, but the samples are in pouches. Never saw that before.

I received another box today with another three samples--guess I did leave the names of the samples on the tape the first time. They had a completely different town name, but the correct zip. The lady on the phone said they were having trouble understanding people on their machine. So, if you left a message and haven't heard back, I would call again.
