Looks really cute, but our ground is already frozen through and I wouldn't be able to install them.

I tried to put my "windmill" Santa out (he's laying down and his arms flap in a circle like he's flying). I bought him this past summer at a Craft show and thought it was the cutest thing. But I can't get it in the ground. Bummer.

I noticed this too... good thing is Amazon will accept returns & if the item is defective - you do not pay for return shipping! You have until 1/31/08 to return it. :)

I bought 2 sets... one for my mom & one for me :) I added another gift to qualify for free s/h.

These lights probably won't worked well in the winter. It's dark most of the time and usually cloudy during the winter months.

its sunny in CA I orderd 4 sets to get free shipping 2 for my house and 2 for gifts for my mom she loves stuff like that. but I did notice that as soon as I placed my order the page went to univalable. I wish I could say the same from my house... we are about to turn on the a/c! I am in FL & it has been toasty for this time of year! My car temp gauge read 90 degrees earlier today (I think it has an attitude... but it was definitely far from cool or cloudy!!!).

Wishin' I had just a little of the northern weather... :)
