I just tried to order a 3 year sub to MaximumPC for $36.00 using that coupon code and got this:

"Your order total must exceed $1.00 before this discount voucher may be used. Restricted titles apply towards this minimum order amount only for percentage-off discount codes. Restricted titles do not apply towards this minimum for any dollar-off discount codes.

To use this coupon, Continue Shopping. Or go back and enter a new code."

:(

You put it in as 3- 1 year subscriptions instead of...scrolling down on the page and selecting the longer option which is what I did the first time. I went back and reread it.

Site is awful

Their site is awfully slow. They ended up processing my order twice because of a database error. If you get a database error, don't submit a second time. Customer service is non-existent as the mailbox is full and the help tab doesn't work.

ADODB.Recordset error '800a0cc1'

Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

/cartCheckout2.asp, line 166

I got this error message when trying to checkout. :(

Awsome!!! Thanks so much!! I did it ..worked perfect!!

I missed Rolling stone such a great magazine.

Thanks Spoofee yet again!!!!! :) :) :)

Your order still got placed. I contacted the company and I got the same message.

Does anyone know if other titles apply towards the discount? I tried buying a subscription for my daughter. I assumed a $32.95 subscription would work but apparently not. I am really not that interested in the three titles listed by spoofee.

I can't get it to work for anything other than the ones listed. Too bad I don't want those. :(

when i copied and pasted the coupon code, there was a space in front of it and that's why i got the error. took me a while to realize it... i deleted the space and my order went through. :)

thanks for posting this deal spoofee

No, I put in a single 3-year sub. Tried it again and I got the same error. Tried it with Rolling Stone and it worked fine. I guess the code doesn't play nice with Maximum PC. :(
