This is good for scrubbing off the yellowed UV coating from smooth lenses, but what they don't tell you in the kit is that you need to get some wax with UV protectant to apply afterwards, and every few weeks, to keep the lenses that now have no UV protection from getting even worse.

Still a good buy and definitely some savings over buying new headlamp assemblies, just be aware of the wax thing, otherwise you'll wind up making the problem worse than it was before and replacing them anyway.

That is good advice Anime. I used this a while back on some of my headlights, and within about 2 months they were just as yellow as before. I finally replaced the assemblies as my brother was pulled over because he couldn't see the road in my car.
