One (1) Grand Prize: a VIP trip for two to a NASCAR® NEXTEL CUP SERIES Race. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
$6,000 each. Actual value of prize may vary depending on point of departure and fare fluctuations. Any stated difference
between the approximate value and actual value of Grand Prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded. Trip component
includes: roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence, to the
race; a 2-night, 3-day standard double-occupancy hotel accommodation; a midsize sedan rental car for up to 3 days; and two
suite tickets with Pit and Garage tours to the NASCAR® NEXTEL CUP SERIES Race. Trip must be completed by the day after
the last day of the race or Winner will forfeit the prize.
