I thought this deal was good enough to have Staples send it to my Mom's on the west coast and I will pay the USPS flat rate priority mail box cost (less than $10.00) to have it reshipped to me from there. Yeah, it was OOS here in the deep south too.

I was going to have someone pick it up at the store but was told all the stock was pulled and returned to the warehouse 2 days ago. With a little luck I will get these items at a great price!

I already have a DCT628 base and 2 wireless phones. Both use the same optional add on, so I will end up with a base w/wireless phone and 4 remotes with charging cradles and 1 spare phone and 1 unneeded barebone base.

I just bought a Uniden cordless at Target for 17.99 (one receiver). It's all I need in my townhome but I also have a corded phone for when the power goes out (as it does often where I live).

Note that I purchased this item the day before this was listed on spoofee & it was already out of stock on there website & convinced: from all Staples shipping locations all over the USA as I had a manager check inventory at all shipping locations & he actually did locate a few pieces in a shipping location in Ca. however when he tried placing the order it was not letting him place it saying those few units have already been acconted for. I did try contacting brick & morter locations that 1800-staples1 had told me showed had a few pieces left most places did not actually have any. In the end my percistance paid off as I had found a location several miles from me that actually had it in stock & asked them to put it on hold for a few hours till I was able to get there to pick it up & they actually did it for me.
