Great finds! Is ecost.com any good?? Also does anyone know how good PcUSA and SimpleTech rebates are?

BTW, I despise free shipping that isn't free because of "handling fees".

Just ordered the hub which I need, the mouse which my girlfriend desperately needs, and you can never have too much photo paper!

Thanks.

All the rebates say that photocopies of the original receipt will not be accepted. So technically send only one rebate. Anyone had any luck with multiple rebates from eCost.com?

When you purchase on line don't you normally print your original receipt??
Or do they mean the packing slip inside the package from ecost?

I just called the eCost customer service # 1-877-888-2678 & spoke w/ csr Erik

He says after you receive your order, log in to your account (see top of page where it says "my account". After you sign in, go to "invoice" and you'll be able to print out as many invoices as you need (these are the same invoices as the ones that eCost will send w/ your order). He noted these will work for your rebate submissions.

Sidenote: as you are going through the checkout process, if you don't already have an account w/ ecost, you will be taken through the process of creating one.

hth, penpen

Does anyone think that the $48 TV qualifies as a "selected LCD TV or Plasma Display" to get the free DVD player? :hmm:

I would guess so.... The rebate form doesn't say specific models or anything, just says that "Offer valid with selected SKUs only". And since the rebate is offered through eCost (not the manufacturer) and the rebate is listed along with the product on the website, it would make sense that the rebate would work with this $48 TV.

Dear customer,
You can buy both products. Please fill out two different rebate forms attach with one original receipt and others requirements. Put all inside one envelope. On the envelope, please write down two DEPT. numbers such as “#P1206M & #P1206C”. Thanks.
