512MB DDR3200 (400mhz) Memory Deals?

Im looking for a 512MB stick of DDR3200 400mhz Memory, it dosnt matter what brand or if its ECC or not as long as it works..
i have only been able to find it for $80 and up (ouch). anyone seen any places with a good deal on ram? I prefer not to use mail-in rebates because it takes like 6 months to get your cash back, however if thats all that can be found, i will take it.

$80 is a decent price for a 512MB stick of DDR400, chances are you won't find a better price from a reliable vendor.
