I did get free shipping, but the sales tax will still hit you (cost me $1.33 for sales tax). I don't understand this, $1.33 tax on $9.95? That comes out to 13.35% sales tax! My sales tax rate here is only 8.375%. Are they also taxing me on the value of the free shipping and handling? If they are, then they are valuing the free shipping as $5.95, and taxing me for that value.

I will buy anyway, because it is still dirt cheap

Even if the sales tax was $2, equalling a 20% tax rate, I wouldn't flinch in buying these. I am just wondering how they came up with their tax calculations.

There was a link which said "Receive free standard shipping on your order" and I clicked on it ... showed up with no shipping charge. Maybe you have to click that link to enable the free shipping.

So, the reflexive principle of math states that if that is true, then I can eat 4 1/2 gumballs a day for a year. That sounds more like me. or 9 a day for 6 months. wowsers.

I will save them all after I chew them and make one huge 30-lb glob of ABC gum. Then Ill take a picture and get in Guiness! Then Ill post the pic here. mm-mmm-mm.
