I just need to complain:
I have been on hold for THIRTY MINUTES w/ Kaiser Permanente. I am at work, trying to resolve a problem, trying to PAY THEM, and they have made me call SEVEN numbers to try to find their billing department. And now, I've been on hold for OVER 31 MINUTES!! AAARRGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would be hopping around right now b/c I'm so ticked. But I can't, because I'm attatched to a headset. :rant:
