Coorporal Punishment is still used today in some schools.. I know I went to a few while living in TX for 4 horrible years.. They have no qualms about sending you down to the Vice Princ office for some swats as they call them with a paddle... I've heard of some paddles being drilled out like swiss cheese as well... All this from a state that gave us the idiot we call a presididn't, and who also cheats the system by forcing all the stupid kids in school to 'sit out' on state level tests so they inflate the scores... But their not mean, cruel, crooked and a crapload of liars... nope, not them good 'ol boys... UGH!!!!
I can believe stuff like this goes on in other countries, be it legal or not, it happens here too, again, legal or not... Just ask anyone who went to a Catholic school growin up..
