I was looking all over their site and can find no mention of a 110% price guarantee. I googled zappos price guarantee and found a thread at another forum that says it looks like they discontinued that policy.

Just giving everyone a Buyer beware as the price match may be YMMV.

You're right, I called Zappos and the rep said they have removed any sort of price matching in order to become more customer service oriented (and less value oriented)...he did say that they have a new site called 6PM (www.6PM.com) which is the "sister site" that is more value oriented - I believe he did mention they will match from that site.

Zappos announced last month that they would no longer do price matching. In addition, they decided to stop advertising free overnight shipping, and instead automatically upgrade most free standard shipping orders to overnight.

In addition, it would be impossible for Zappos to price match from 6pm.com, as any overstock Zappos shoes end up on 6pm.com. In other words, 6pm.com is Zappos's discount outlet website. You will not find be able to find shoes that are on both websites.
