I won one a couple months ago I love it!!! Highly recommend it. My family says they can hear me better with it then with just my cellphone. It didn't fit my ear really well but finally got one of the ear loops where it would fit against my ear snuggly before that I had to hold it on. No biggy there just took playing with the two different styles to get a good fit. I did hear from my son that he went in and checked them out, the sales person told him that they had some that had problems when they first came out but he told my son that it was no longer an issue and had been a rare one that had problems to start with.
