I'm really confused on this website. Is it legal for us, as Americans, to download from this website? I just checked it out and it is RIDICULOUSLY cheap!!! Any more info?

If you didnt know about all of mp3 you have been living in a hole. Its been around for ages , and has been in the hot deals for spoofee

I would say it is legal to us, but the RIAA does not want it up. They lose money. They lose $150,000 for each song lost. If you use itunes, you must be rich.

Is it legal to use the AllOfMP3 pay service in the United States (US)?

Although to our knowledge there is no direct precedent on the legality of accessing a service like ours from the US (i.e., using a legal music download service located outside of the US), we, however, do believe that there are at least several statutes, each of which, should allow users to access our service in the US; such as 17 U.S.C. §§ 602(a) (the "Importation for Private Use Exception"); 1008, 1001 (the "iPod Exception"); 109 (the "First-Sale Doctrine/Anti-'Double-Dip' Exception"); 107, 117 (the "Fair-Use/Backup Exception"); among others.

yeah druvans, i saw that. that didn't assure me much lol.

dehawk, i remember hearing of this a long time ago on one of these boards. it's honestly been a while since i've spent a lot of time on the greatest site ever, i'm sorry to say.

do any of you guys use this website?
from its name, i'm inferring that the songs are in the mp3 format and thus compatible with iTunes, righttttt??? lol thanks guys!

I used to use it before i found the world of torrents , its pretty good

I might use it since the RIAA can track u on PTP stuff.or not.

That's why I use onion routers when I am feeling the need to be sneaky.
