This question might have been posted here before, but I'm wondering :convinced:

Those that are winning a lot of the giveaways, do you subscribe to Allure Magazine?

I'm wondering if it ups your chances of winning to subscribe to the magazine?

That would be against the law in most states. However, by subscribing, you have a better idea of what's coming up, rather than just relying on these boards for the info.
 
Hi Eva_Marie .. That's true. I think I may subcribe to the magazine .. thinking about it anyway :)

A friend and I were talking about this the other day, and she mentioned that her co-workers that subscribe to the magazine seem to win more than she does. So I thought I'd post the question here and see how other's feel.

I should write to them and say I'm canceling my subscription unless they send some goodies my way! :rofl:

So I wouldn't subscribe just to up your chances of winning...I don't think it makes any difference.

Ok, so maybe I won't subscribe to the magazine then :teeth: I get enough magazines as it is.

I have never subscribed the magazine; still, I won something. eg: in August, I won more than 5 stuff
 
I keep trying and hope to stay positive, I figure if I ever do win something, it's free and it will be a fun surprise in the mail that day! But I agree that it's frustrating b/c I'm not convinced that their 12 Noon is my 12 Noon...so I feel like I shooting at a moving target with a blindfold!!! LOL
 
Hi OtterKim, I know sometimes I've entered before 12pm and sometimes a minute after just to see. I need to keep track of my times and then compare if I win :teeth:

I do not get the mag. and usually win something each month. I won 5-6 in August which is not very good in my opinion. I entered at least once each day and expected to do much better :verysad:

You can use http://www.time.gov/ to check your clock or use it to count down the time when entering. What time Allure is using is anyones guess :rofl:
 
I do not subscribe and I have won quite a few things from Allure. I don't think that it matters at all.
 
I don't subscribe, but I will start getting Allure next month as a replacement for another mag (Jane) for free. If you want to get Allure I would continue to look around on Spoofee, you can get alot of free subscribtions. As of now I get about 12 different mags for free. I'm now looking for another free year of Lucky mine just expired this month. Good Luck. As to answer your question I have won a few things from Allures contests.

No, I don't subscribe to Allure. I won a lot of items over the summer, and a few in the fall giveaways.

It would be against the law to require a person to subscribe to a magazine in order to win a prize, anyways.

It could be because they don't have many offers right now. There's nothing I can do to earn at the moment.
 
I am not an Allure subscriber but I did get a prize via UPS nearly two months after entering the drawing - I'd totally forgotten about it by then!
