. PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize and twenty-five (25) First Prizes will be awarded.
Grand Prize is a catered function up to a cost of $10,000, or the cash equivalent of $10,000 in the form of a check.
Function consists of facility rental, food, non-alcoholic beverages, fresh flower arrangements, special occasion cake, photographer and musical entertainment (live musical group or disc jockey). Also included as part of prize are sales taxes on the foregoing items, gratuities and any equipment rentals required for function execution, such as tables, chairs, dinnerware, dishware, tablecloths, etc.
All Grand Prize elements subject to availability based on scheduling. Catered function must take place by March 31, 2008. Sponsor reserves the right to make alternate and comparable arrangements.
Retail value of Grand Prize is approximately $10,000.00.

Twenty-five (25) First Prizes will be awarded, each of which consists of a deluxe picnic basket.
Picnic basket includes insulated rattan picnic basket, dinner service for four (including plates, glasses, napkins and silverware settings), tablecloth, cheese knife, cutting board, salt and pepper shakers and hot and cold packs.
ARV is $150 each.
